At this time we do not ship international orders directly. We suggest creating an account with Shipito which allows international shoppers to ship items to a personalized US-based address which will then forward the package to your international destination. The shipping cost is lower than traditional methods of international shipping which helps you save money. We do receive a small referral fee for each new customer we refer to Shipito.
Expected Shipping Times
We want you to get your JJCO goods ASAP! Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and seasonal surges) after receiving your order confirmation email. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive another email with tracking details so you know when your order will arrive at your doorstep.
Pick up orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and seasonal surges) after receiving your order confirmation email. As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive an email notification with pick up times + directions to our shop.
Returns + Exchanges
We want you to love our products as much as we do. If there is something that's not right about a product that you receive please let us know by emailing email@example.com. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will work together to correct any issues. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders, but please contact us if you have an issue and we will work together to resolve it.
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, so we are happy to offer you a refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for refund.
We will gladly replace items that are defective or damaged. Due to limit one of a kind inventory, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to return a purchase please email email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
